ALL CLIENTS MUST AGREE TO HAVE TEMPERATURE TAKEN AND WEAR MASK

I agree to use SISTERLOCKS products during the formation of my locks under the care of my Consultant.  I also understand that Sisterlocks products are the only ones recommended for the long-term care of my Sisterlocks.  I understand that the special shampoo formula is designed to produce the best results, and that using products other than SISTERLOCKS at any time may result in lock slippage, tangled or unlocked hair.

I understand that regular appointments are necessary to maintain the locks, and that if any scheduled appointments are missed, my Consultant is not liable for the condition of my locks

It is impossible to predict how long your locking session will take.  In most cases, there is a 2-day minimum for your locking sessions.  You have the option of paying in full on your first appointment or pay half each visit, or the option of a payment plan (in this case your establishment will not take place until you're PAID IN FULL).    A deposit of $100 (non-refundable)  must be made to secure a date of your establishment.

For new establishment clients, your FOLLOW-UP visit must be scheduled within 4 weeks of establishment, Otherwise, regular retightening rates will apply.

TRANSFER CLIENTS are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your consultation/appointment.   There are 2 ways in which to make a payment.  Contact Sharon at 202-903-3417 to set an appointment.  After the appointment is made,  you have an option of using CASH APP  to  $sestringfellow, through this website, or I can  email you  an invoice.    APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE SECURED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Please maintain regular appointments.  Retightening typically ranges between 3 - 5 hours.  I ACCEPT CASH, CASH APP, AND MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.  There is a 3.75% charge for use of credit cards.

Clients who do not  cancel within 24 hours of their appointment and clients who are no shows will be charged a $40 rescheduling fee which is to be paid before your next appointment is made.

If you are sick, or feeling under the weather, please reschedule at your earliest convenience.  Please be considerate of my health, and the health of other clients.  If you show up to your appointment showing symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled and a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged and is to be paid before your next appointment.
